1. Acceptance

You must be at least 16 years old to use the site. By accessing or using the site you accept these Terms in full. If you do not agree, please stop using the site.

You may browse, share, and download materials for personal or internal business evaluation of Zoobook. You may not scrape, republish for commercial use, or reverse-engineer the site. Attempts to disrupt availability or security are prohibited.

3. Intellectual property

All content, trademarks, software, and design of the site are owned by Appreel s.r.o. or its licensors. The Zoobook word mark and logo are trademarks of Appreel s.r.o. Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership.

4. Third-party services

The site embeds third-party services: Cloudflare Turnstile (bot protection), Cal.com (demo booking), Plausible (privacy-first analytics) and Resend (contact email). Their use is subject to their respective terms and our Privacy Policy.

5. Warranty disclaimer & liability

The site is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Appreel s.r.o. is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the site. This does not limit statutory rights of consumers under Czech law.

6. Changes

We may update these Terms to reflect legal, technical, or business changes. The current version is always published at zoobook.io/terms with the effective date. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance.

7. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the law of the Czech Republic. Disputes shall be resolved by the competent courts of the Czech Republic, except where mandatory consumer-protection law dictates otherwise.
